I really like this lip balm. I feel as if the packaging could be cuter, and I find their handcream is more effective, but this is also a pretty nice product.

Product changed for the worse

It seems like the formula has changed on this product. It is a different color and does not work. It was my go to for many years, but mo longer. My lips were much drier, AFTER using the balm! Please go back to the original formula.

No longer can claim #1 - not anymore.

I have used this lip balm for over 20 years and loved it. Now I find it so ineffective and instead of keeping my lips moist actually does the opposite. So sad and now working on finding a decent replacement.

L’oreal Ruins Another Classic

I’m incredibly disappointed with this formula change. Nobody asked for it and the new version is inferior. It’s clear this is to consolidate SKUs and not about improvements for the customer OR the environment. L’oreal are trashing this brand.

A favourite I will always come back to! Smells great and feels great on the lips! Is great on its own or with a colour! Never go without and always stock up

Let me start off by saying I’m a lip balm girlie ✨ In fact, I have a whole makeup bag just for my lip products. Kiel’s consistently delivers moisture, hydration, and that fresh, clean girl scent that I gravate to either in the morning or just before bed. It’s shiny, but never sticky. I love Khiels packaging because it feels so clean, NYC, and just scientific. Love!

This lip balm is so good. It really sinks into your lips and has a silky, almost Vaseline like texture but lighter. The only thing I would change is the applicator. It’s just like a spout and doesn’t have an actual applicator that goes on the lips without feeling scratchy.

Best Lip treatment EVER!!

Love Kiehl’s Lip Balm! It keeps lips hydrated so there’s never any chapping or uncomfortable feeling while providing a lovely shine that’s not at all sticky. I’ve been using it for many years and would recommend this product to anyone!! I always keep one in my Cynwyd, my purse and makeup bag. Kudos to Kiehl’s since 1851!! 175 years validates the wonderful experience.

Hydrating!

My daughter has super dry lips and this stuff is perfect for her! It gives her an instant boost of hydration and the ingredients give me a piece of mind. It super compact so it’s easy for her to throw in her makeup bag. Pleasent scent.

New Formula

I've been using this product for many years and the change in formula is huge let down. I wish there was a chance they'd go back to the way it was but I have a feeling we're stuck with this.
