Does the job

It does what it should do, I wouldn't qualify it better than any other I've had, but prettier for sure!

FITS SHU UEMURA & 2 PADS!

I have been on the hunt for a good replacement pad for my shy uemura lash curler... it’s so frustrating that they don’t sell their own replacements. Anyways I was super super happy when I opened up this hourglass eyelash replacement pad to find not one but TWO and they fit perfectly in my shu uemura curler !!! Great price and works beautifully !

Too small of a opening to fit eye lashes into . Very frustrating

I really love this curler! It’s not only really pretty but it also curls my lashes really well! I have super straight lashes and this is the first curler that’s actually done the job well

Not only is it pretty it curled my lashes pretty good. I have used a few “name” brand eyelash curlers and I think this one is by far my favorite. If you are in the market for a new eyelash curler I say give this one a chance because I am very happy with it.

Not for me

I love everything from Hourglass until this. The curler looks and feels beautiful with its unique design. However, it did not work for my eye shape or lashes. (For reference I use the Tweezerman classic curler regularly.) The Hourglass curler was unable to reach all my lashes, esp the corner ones. I also found the curler to pinch my lashline everytime I used it, which makes it even harder for my lashes to be curled. Ultimately, I think how well curlers work depend on your eye shape and lashline/lashes. Buying a lash curler without trying is a difficult thing, so I really appreciate Sephora's return policy.

Disappointed

I typically love Hourglass but this curler us an epic fail. Not only does this not curl your lashes. The hardware is so bulky and chunky its very difficult to hold. I'm returning this.
