Gucci Matte Powder - Cipria Compatta

Great product

I really like this powder. It’s a Matt finish so it spreads nicely across my face. Not clumpy which tends to happen with a powder. Price is a little high but I would pay that for something that works well. I really love the packaging.

Brilliant and lush

I absolutely love this powder. It looks so good in it's golden box with little mirror and soft powder pad. There's a subtle scent which I really like, the powder is perfect match to my complection. It blends perfectly and keeps my face smooth and velvety for the day. It's absolutely luxurious experience and I can only recommend it.

I was really surprised after first usage, this powder Matt your face better than liquid foundation. At the moment I only use matte powder for everyday as I do not need to use additional products. Highly recommended!

skin blurr

it makes skin imperfections blur away like magic. I could not believe my eyes, one swipe and hyperpigmentation disappeared. I wish it could do the same forever but atleast as long as mke up is on. it feels matt and I like it. as I tend to get oily. love it

Beautiful finish

I love how the products blends so smoothly over my skin, even without doing skin care first! such a convenient size also fits in your bag nicely. The additional puff that comes with it is also very handy!

Sleek Mattifying Powder

So, the powder arrived and as soon as you see Gucci on the box you know you have an expensive quality well made product and case. The compact was a beautiful nude pink with a plastic gold casing. Inside was a beautifully Gucci embossed design and under the powder is your finger powder puff. This bit was fiddly, after I figured out how to open the compact I could not get to the powder puff. I really had to jiggle the compact to loosen the compartment a bit fiddly. Now the powder, it dabs nicely onto the sponge and you can apply it really easily onto your skin. Just tap it on and it does its magic. The magic is in the blotting and mattifying effect. While the powder was the lightest shade, I still felt that I was left with a hue to my skin which made my skin appear a shade darker than it actually is. This wasn't great because the colour of my face then did not match my neck or hands. Overall the mattifying effect was brilliant and my skin stayed matte for hours which was fabulous !

Great subtle blurring effect.

I’m drawn to this product before it even meets my skin, the compact is beautiful pale pink with gold trim, a built in mirror, even a sponge puff for precision application. It glides on light, smooth, with zero cakiness, and yields a matte finish that looks polished, not powdery It’s not about masking but more about blurring and subtly smoothing. If you’re looking to hide anything on your face this isn’t the product for you. It’s more of a powder with a subtle blurring effect. It’s good for no makeup makeup days. I posted a photo with zero makeup, half with the powder and half without so that you can see the difference.

Beautiful powder

Packaging was as I thought it would be. Great quality and felt luxurious. The powder smelt beautiful and the pressed design kept its place even after a few uses. The powder felt silky but not drying and gave me a lively matte finish to my make up. The powder puff that was included felt ok but I prefer adding powder using a brush. When I did this I got a bitter coverage and there hardly any full out when using the brush.

Lovely, natural looking product

The Gucci matte powder is presented in a lovely compact, including a mirror and pad for ease of applying, making it perfect to take out and about. I have really enjoyed using this powder, I've never tried one before as I don't suffer with oily skin, however I've found it can be used alone over moisturiser for a natural, air brushed look, or over bb/cc cream for a more made up look. I don't like heavy makeup, but this powder is so light that I can't feel I'm wearing it. Lasts well throughout the day too.

AMAZING

There is only one word I can say this powder is AMAZING. The colour match was perfect and it blended in to my skin flawlessly, I applied the powder both with makeup and on it's own. With makeup, my makeup remained perfect and I did not need to retouch during the evening, and when worn on its own, my skin looked smooth and radiant with a healthy look to it. I had the matte finish and it was for me great, it even toned down some redness that I had. This is now my new go to powder I loved it, and would highly recommend it.

Matte finish

First off, the packaging is absolutely gorgeous. The powder itself is really finely milled and just melts right into the skin. I applied it over my foundation and was impressed by how smooth and airbrushed my complexion looked. It’s not heavy at all but still gives just the right amount of coverage to even everything out while keeping my skin looking matte. I love the soft-matte finish, it’s smooth and polished without looking cakey. It gives that blurred, soft-focus effect that makes my skin look flawless. It really helps minimize the look of pores, and controls shine. The coverage is totally buildable depending on what I need, and it doesn’t settle into fine lines or cling to any dry patches.

Very good high end touching up powder

I am really pleased with this powder and it will be my go to touch up powder that will have a permanent place in my handbag. I have a bit of an oily skin so mattifying powder that does not look cakey is a god send and I will treasure it. This powder does not add much colour to the complexion but instead is focusing on maintaining current makeup and keeping skin silky and soft without dreaded glass skin which is something that I try to avoid at all costs. It also needs to be mention that packaging is beautiful and I believe that powder itself can be refilled keeping the pretty casing. Overall I am very happy with this makeup product and I would recommend.
