Excellent product

The conditioner works well and has a pleasant scent, rinses clean. There is some trouble with the pump dispenser being difficult to push, but otherwise this is perfect.

Love this shampoo and conditioner!

I love this shampoo and conditioner. It's a bit pricey, but I love the light scent and how it makes my hair so soft and shiny. I rotate shampoo/conditioner with every wash so the refills do last me a very long while. I wish the 6.8oz conditioner came in the same 8.4oz bottle as the shampoo does though. It's VERY hard to refill that tube thing without getting a bit creative.

No thanks to Amino Acid shampoo and conditioner

I tried the Amino Acid shampoo and conditioner when the Olive Oil shampoo and conditioners were unavailable. Not impressed. I used the Amino Acid products a few times and my hair was a mess. After a few months I tried them again with the exact same result. If the Olive Oil shampoo and conditioner were your go-to products then looks like you (and I) are out of luck. Not sure why Kiehl’s isn’t making them anymore, but the Amino Acid products are no substitute.

Amino Acid Conditioner Travel size

I ordered the Amino Acid Conditioner travel size, which I’ve used before is good products. However, I noticed that Kiehl’s doesn’t offer other conditioner or shampoo travel sizes. Since I travel a lot, I hope more options will be available in the future.

Not as smoothing as expected

I had high hopes for this conditioner given its ingredients and reputation, but unfortunately it didn’t quite deliver the softness and smoothness I’ve experienced with other brands. While the texture is pleasant and the scent is subtle and clean, my hair felt a bit dry and lacked the silky finish I was hoping for. It might work better for someone with a different hair type, but for me, it didn’t provide the hydration or detangling I needed.

Okay, why have I been dragging my feet on purchasing the amino acid shampoo and conditioner?!!! I’ve been missing out. My hair is thanking me now for sure. I love these and I’m so glad they are refillable. It’s gentle, has a subtle scent, and makes my hair feel so clean and soft. Highly recommend.

100000% worth the price tag

This is the only shampoo/conditioner combo I have been able to find that ACTUALLY helps my hair grow. My hair reacts weirdly to pretty much everything, but this works amazingly for my hair.😇
