I love this lipstick so much! It’s like a tinted lip balm so it doesn’t really stick to your lips for long. Pigment is subtle so if you want a very natural look this is great.

Almost chapstick, not lipstick

I really wanted to like this. To me, it's essentially lip balm. The color is completely sheer on my lips. I could not see myself buying this as it performs the same as Chapstick. I would like this formula in a pigmented lipstick instead of a clear balm because it does feel nice on the lips.

Great slim size and color

I love this slim lipstick. The color is much better than expected and looks matte yet glossy at the same time. The scent is neutral. This has been in my purse and is my go to of the moment

Perfect by itself or with a natural makeup style.

I originally hesitated to purchase as this shade looked too dark for me, however the description of the product made me decide to try, and I was pleasantly surprised! I rarely use lip products as I choose a more natural look for my daily routine and this lipstick fits perfectly with my chosen look. I went from a totally naked lip to using this product every day and this will definitely continue to be part of my daily routine. This goes on smooth with a barely there finish that accentuates your natural lip color and gives just enough pop to complete a natural makeup look.

Almost Lipstick in Honey Nude: A Smooth Start, A Q

The Upsides: From the moment I applied it, the 'Almost Lipstick' lived up to half its name – it truly glided onto my lips with an incredibly smooth, almost balm-like texture. The application was effortless, feeling comfortable and hydrating. This smoothness also made it an excellent candidate for layering, performing well as a good base for other lip products or glosses if you're building a lip combo. The Downsides: However, this is where the 'almost' part of the name became more evident, and not in a good way. The shade Honey Nude, unfortunately, offered very little pigmentation on me. It delivered more of a sheer, barely-there tint rather than the subtle nude I was hoping for, making it feel more like a clear balm than a lipstick. The biggest disappointment, though, was its wear time. I found myself needing to reapply it in less than 30 minutes, even without eating or drinking. It simply vanished from my lips with surprising speed. Compounding this issue, it's very easily transferable, leaving its mark on cups, tissues, and anything else it touched with ease.

Beautiful hint of color

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. I love this almost lipstick in the color nude honey. The color is a perfect subtle nude brown on the lips. The almost lipstick is comfortable and just glides on. It’s a comfortable balm texture. There is no scent to this product. Has a subtle shine on the lips. Would purchase this product.

Great no fuss sheer lipstick

The last time I used an Almost Lipstick was like 25 years ago and Im not sure if Clinique has changed the formula since, but it still feels great on lips! It feels balmy on lips but without waxy feeling. It is a beautiful brown color that applies sheer but you can build up. It feels very comfortable and hydrating on lips.

This is a beautiful sheer lightweight lipstick, its adds a beautiful natural like color to the lips. Its not overwhelming and pigmented enough to add a pop of color. The color is a beautiful brown, its not heavy or sticky. The lipstick feels very comfortable on the lips and hydrating.

Really flattering

This lipstick is one of those “my lips but better” products. Sheer, really flattering, and just easy to wear. I’ve been reaching for it nonstop.

Wonderful neutral color for everyday!

I like this lipstick! It’s very pretty and while it doesn’t have a ton of color payoff, it evens out my lips for a nice neutral color, and I can see myself putting on a lip liner and this over it and calling it a day. It’s nice to have a neutral color I can just throw on and leave the house with!
