Same formula, more brownish color

After the success of cult favorite Almost Lipstick Black Honey, a couple other shades have been launched, including Nude Honey. The NH color is a little more brown/rust colored than BH, and didn’t really flatter my fair/blonde coloring (at least not in a way I loved) — but since the sheer formula is just as wearable as the original BH, I’m sure lots of people will love it!

I received Clinique's Almost Lipstick in Nude Honey and it's so cute for when you want something on your lips, but want something lighter than a gloss or a lipstick! It seems to be slightly buildable, but not too much.

Natural lips but better

I absolutely love the Clinique. The formula is super lightweight and feels more like a tinted balm than a lipstick. It gives a natural, elegant tint that looks flattering on any skin tone. Nude Honey is soft, subtle, and perfect for everyday wear. Feels great-not sticky, not drying. Not too glossy. Love the size of the slim tube

This shade is giving “my lips but sexier.” The Almost Lipstick formula is sheer but buildable, super hydrating, and gives this soft, glossy tint that’s so flattering without trying too hard. Nude Honey leans warm and blends with my natural lip tone in the most effortless way. It’s not super long-wearing—more of a balm-gloss hybrid vibe—but the reapplication feels like a treat, not a chore. I keep it in my bag for a polished, pulled-together look on no-makeup days.

Nice Nude Shade.

Nice nude color that doesn’t feel too heavy on the lips and goes on smoothly. Pairs nicely with the lip oil in the nude shade to add more shine. Beautiful sleek packaging that makes it easy to fit in my purse.

The color is actual HONEY!

The packaging looks so neat. I actually love it. I love the color and the texture of it is pretty good. It smells like blush. That looks amazing on my lips, my boyfriend loves it :)

Feels like butter on my lips

This is a really pretty lipstick. It feels like butter when it’s applied. The color lasts for a long time and feels smooth on my lips. I am curious why the product is called “almost lipstick”. My only hesitation with wearing this often is that I don’t believe this is my color. I love a good nude but personally this felt a bit dark for my liking.

Better than I was expecting!

Though fairly dark in the packaging, this is a pretty sheer, but very moisturizing lip product. There is a slight fragrance to it; not sure how to describe it other than a classic “cosmetic” scent. I have fair skin, and it’s a bit more of a brick red on me, but I think it would be perfect for fall. There is a glossy finish, it feels like a balm. I like the slim applicator to easily throw in a bag and take it on the go.

Is nude honey better than black honey?

I absolutely LOVED this color! I feel like the nude is better than the black honey one. Just because it looks better on my paler complexion. The packaging I’m always afraid of using cause I feel like any second I take the cap off I’ll rip off the product with it! But I like the soft texture and how smooth it feels on your lips!
