Beautiful Advent Calendar in search of a bit more variety

I purchased this calendar to be shared with two other people who love Jo Malone. When we first opened the package containing this calendar, we were truly impressed. The calendar itself is a beautiful work of art and well constructed. I am new to Jo Malone so I appreciated the sampling of different fragrances and the occasional pairing of a lotion, shower gel or candle. After opening the last drawer of the season, my friends wondered why there wasn't a larger variety of products like perhaps bar soaps. I'll echo the other reviewer about containing too many fragrances and it was overwhelming; however, I decided to add them as stocking stuffers so if all worked out!

So glad I purchased this

Always thought these were expensive but this year after a rather tough year I thought I would indulge myself and how glad I have. I love the variety and choices which I may not normally have chosen myself. Beautiful product and exciting to open each box for a daily surprise. You won't be disappointed.

Awesome

This is the first year I treated myself with Jo Malone advent calendar. I was excited to open it every day and didn't know what to expect. I really like the variety. I discovered scents that I wouldn't have thought I would like. The only thing I didn't like as much was the intense fragrance. It was too strong for me. But overall I enjoyed it. Even though it was expensive it still an awesome experience and surprise. Its sad that it will end soon. I can't wait until next year.

Poor Service

Smell is lovely but stores in California and Florida (Disney Springs) have poor service. Instead of offering you the complimentary services or taking you around. They rush you to purchase and leave. Don't think I want to return.

Disappointing for high end luxury product

Having ordered a variety of beauty calendars each year for my partner, she was thrilled this year to receive the Jo Malone one this year, being someone who loves the product range. Unfortunately it hasn't lived up to the expectations and doesn't deliver for the price point this is placed at. Buying an advent calendar is a gift for someone so it was very strange to find a mix of both male and female products in the calendar. When a gift is purchased for someone I would usually expect the gift to be able to be used for them. Whilst the company is known for its fragrances, there is quite an extensive product range and this is not reflected in the calendar with the vast majority of treats being small travel size fragrances. Always happy to spend on quality, however this didn't hit the spot. Wouldn't recommend especially at this cost.

Feeling blessed

Just wow! I'm feeling so blessed today. I was given this by my wonderful husband and its something I never ever expected to be gifted. Although I've only opened Number One, I'm already happy to just have it in my hands.. dream come true material !

Saddened and deeply disappointed

Deeply saddened by this extravagant purchase. The selection of scents included are rather poor, almost like the stuff that's doing badly in sales have been selected. Had high expectations however drastically brought down to earth with poor selection and size of products. The ml on pack does not match the product recived which is an indication that cost of living is affecting this brand when they attempt to skimp on product.

Wonderful Christmas gift!

Stuffed full of gorgeous treats that continue to be enjoyed way beyond Christmas. This is the only advent calendar I buy, and I am never disappointed with the quality of the contents, and this year is even sweeter with the gingerbread decorations on the internal boxes. Love it!
