Shimmering Cherry Body Oil - PERFECT

I was so lucky to be chosen to review this amazing product. It has a beautiful shiny purple lid in a glass bottle so no plastics at all. It’s slightly watery than normal body oil but it spreads on your skin so nicely and the shimmer let after it drys it so nice…. As for the smell cherry’s I love. I’d love to try some more of the ritual products now trying this. Very classy and expensive feeling doesn’t dry out your skin very nice over the shoulders and on chest when wearing a dress. The lights hit the shimmer too so win win. Glittering all night ✨

Smells amazing

This shimmering body oil smells amazing! I thought from the colour it would leave a residue of pink but it didn’t and doesn’t feel to heavy on the skin. It feels smooth and light weight. It absorbed well leaving just the shimmer behind and wasn’t too thick.

Does the job

This product looks very pretty on the skin and leaves a nice shimmer which I was looking for and the smell is fine, however, it is extremely hard to get out of the bottle and makes it quite a task and because the bottle is glass I always worry I’m going to break it. Unsure if this is just my bottle though but it makes me rely too buy again.

Shimmer time

This shimmer is so nice to wear. Put it on after a bath to go out it lasted all night and really did shimmer most of the night It comes out of the bottle quite slow, but in a way, that's good as you don't need loads on

Luxurious shimmering body oil

The Rituals of Yozakura shimmering body oil is a lightweight body oily which doesn’t feel greasy, absorbs into the skin quickly and leaves an incredible shimmer that isn’t super glittery which I love. Once the oil has been applied it doesn’t transfer onto anything either so it is very comfortable to wear. The black rice and cherry gives it a gorgeous floral scent that is subtle yet captivating and the scent lasts for hours. I appreciate that once the oil has been washed off, the shimmer washes off too as I have had previous experiences with shimmery products that I struggled to remove. The glass packaging with pink accents highlights the beauty of the oil and the gorgeous shimmer it has to offer and a little definitely goes a long way✨ it really is luxury in a bottle.

The nicest body oil ever!

This product is amazing! The fragrance lasted a good day after putting it on before bed. It absorbed pretty nicely for me without the greasy feel. And to top it off there’s a lovely shimmer which isn’t too intense and could be layered. 9/10 can’t wait to use this in the summertime

As a body oil, gorgeous!

As a body oil, this is gorgeous. It left my body super smooth and hydrated, dried really quickly and din’t leave me feeling greasy. It has a gorgeous fragrance which lasted hours on my skin, and got me several compliments. The only downside to this one was the shimmer, it gave me a nice glow in the right sunlight but for a shimmer product it didn’t give all that much. I wanted it to be blinding, but was ultimately a little underwhelmed.

Best body oil

Very grateful to try this product. The beautiful delicate scent of cherry’s and black rice is honestly by far the best body oil I have used in a very long time, rituals never fail to disappoint but this oil is incredible. The packaging is beautiful allowing you to see the contents of the bottle, the glitter isn’t over powering as it looks in the bottle either which is an added bonus. It glides so smoothly over the skin and releases such a subtle yet beautiful scent with a slight shimmer from the glitter leaving your skin feeling super soft and elegant. I highly recommend this product to anyone which loves a shimmer and an undertone of scent.

I received The Ritual of Yozakura Shimmering Body Oil from Influenster and I didn’t expect to love it this so much 💜 This oils gives such a beautiful, delicate glow thanks to subtle shimmer particles, which reflect light without looking too glittery. It absorbs quickly into the skin, leaving it soft, nourished with beautiful scent without sticky feeling. The scent is one of my favourites from Rituals. A floral, slightly sweet fragrance that feels luxurious for everyday use or special occasions. I love how my skin looking especially in sunny days- it just complete my evening look ✨ Definitely a new favourite in my body care collection !💜✨
