Soft, shiny healthier hair from first use!

I absolutely loved this product! The texture is creamy and soft, and doesn’t feel oily at all, which is great for oily hair like mine. I noticed a difference after just the first use, especially in my split ends. They looked so much healthier, and my hair overall felt shiny, sleek and soft. Another plus was that my hair did not get oily as quickly as it usually does after using this product! The only downside for me was the scent. I found it a bit strong for my liking, and I personally prefer sweeter and more floral fragrances for my hair. But overall, the results made it for it. Highly recommended.

Decent hair product

I like this, it immediately provides smoothing to my hair ends. It also smells nice and isn't too sticky. I did not find that it made any longer term changes to my hair, but good for in the moment use!

Works

Little heavy on my hair, hard to style with heavy products in it. but it does make my hair feel nice and soft which is nice. so if you don’t style your hair much it should be perfect 👌🏻

Makes my hair feel healthy

This stuff is light and spreads easily. It makes my hair feel so much healthier and I think it smells amazing. A little bit of it goes a long way! 10/10

Good not great

This product adds amazing moisture to my fine hair without weighing it down. A little bit goes a long way, which is good because the packaging is very small for the price. I don’t love the smell of this product, but it doesn’t linger long, which is great. All in all, it’s a good hair product, but I don’t know that it’s worth the price point.

Great for dried damaged ends

I will begin by saying I love the whole line of Redken Acidic Bonding System. I am a licensed cosmetologist and I am always changing up my haircolor so my hair takes a pounding but I love to use this system. I was so excited to try the Hair Bandage balm. It reels to smooth the dry ends and my over all frizz. It also smells really good, not an overpowering scent.

sleek down

from my pictures, just on wet hair you can see a difference. i love the texture of this balm. you do not need a lot, only a little scoop, and i have thick hair. i use heat DAILY so i have a lot of broken ends and split ends. after styling and blow drying, you can see an obvious difference in how obvious fly aways, broken pieces, and split ends look. everything is overall sleek and looks uniform.

Soft hair

This balm is a great step in my hair catie routine. I apply it to the ends of my hair and it helps manage frizz and keeps my hair soft and curls looking good.

Smoothing and softening hair balm

My hair feels so much smoother and softer after this balm! I have very dry and damaged hair, but this hair balm really helped smooth out my frizz. I was worried about the “acidic” part of this product, but it felt like a normal hair mask.

Meh

Wanted to love this but gave me meh results. It worked ok in my hair but left it greasy if you don’t get the right amount even staying away from your scalp. My daughter has much more severe dryness with her curls and this did nothing flop for us!

Love everything about it

I enjoy this line from reckon very much, so I was super excited to see a new launch within this line. I was a little nervous with a bomb texture. I thought it was going to make my hair stiff and feel horrible. The packaging isn’t horrible. I would prefer a squeeze too just for ease of use. Immediately opening the product smells amazing. The texture comes out to be very soft and melts into your hair, which was a huge plus for me. I didn’t notice any stiffness to my ends after using. I have been using this on my ends before I go to sleep and wrap my hair in the overnight rollers .when I wake up my ends feel hydrated not rough or dry. I really appreciate that a little goes a long way and that it’s easy to work with. I found best results were achieved when I warmed the product in my hand and applied to my hair starting from the ends working midway up my hair. I noticed a difference, but my hair is also not extremely damaged. I don’t know how this would do in somebody that has extremely damaged. This may just be a Band-Aid. Overall, I really enjoy this product.

Light weight and non-greasy

I like the thought behind the product. I’m sure with more use, I will be able to see more benefit. I will say the texture is a bit of putting. The product is like a stiff jelly that became milky and watery. I like that it’s light weight and non-greasy and can be used to repair hair that has broken off.
