It’s a great mask

The Biodance Refreshing sea Kelp deep mask left my face feeling much cleaner and fresher. After just a few uses my face was looking much healthier and even glowing. I have a lot of blackheads on my nose and I noticed that there were less that i could notice. I personally have a hard time with sheet masks in general which is why I gave it 4 stars. I do wish they were easier to apply and stay on my face because unless I’m laying on my back it seems to fall off! But other than that one annoying thing it’s a great mask and I see great benefit from it!

I was very interested upon receiving the Biodance Refreshing Sea Kelp deep mask since it advertises its specific use for oily faces. I have a few dry spots but my t-zone is incredibly oily so I was excited to see how this would improve my t-zone. First I want to mention I love the packaging and how sleek and luxurious it looks. It makes having a self-care day more spa-like. Once I opened the pouch, I was pleasantly surprised to find how heavy it was from the moisture and products on the actual mask. It comes in two parts, forehead/nose and cheeks/chin. It was fairly easy to apply it and keep it on for the duration of the product. Putting it on I could tell it had a lot of product that would be absorbed in the skin. It didn’t dry out for hours, matter of fact I was done with it before it was done for me haha. Overall I do think it helped the oiliness of my face and I can’t wait to use the others in this pack.

Does not control sebum for me!

Personally, I do not like this mask. I left this mask on for 3 to 4 hours like it says on the instructions, and I think that is way too many hours to leave on your face. The mask fits oddly on my face, too. It is way too big, in my opinion. I did not experience any real results. In fact, it made my face much more oily and too dewy for my liking. I actually ended up with a clogged pore the next day after leaving it on overnight. There are other masks that I currently purchase that are much cheaper and are actually more effective. They don't leave my face as oily looking as this mask does, and they don't make me break out. Maybe if you have extra dry skin, this would be a good mask. My skin is not sensitive. I have combination skin, but this mask just wasn't for me. *I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion*

No real difference from the original collagen mask

This is my second Biodance hydrogel mask. I've used the original collagen prior to this and it seems like I have the same results. I chose to use the kelp mask this time around because I had some pretty bad breakouts, however it didn't seem to calm them. I did receive the same glass skin finish immediately after use, and I think my sebum was slightly more controlled. My breakouts did not reduce in size, but at least the skin on the rest of my face looks smooth and radiant. One difference I noticed between the kelp and the collagen is that the kelp mask seemed to adhere to my skin faster/easier/better with less slipping. I've used this mask twice with me wearing it overnight just once. When I woke up the mask was transparent, except for in a few spots where my satin cap shifted over the top of the mask on my forehead. There were just a couple tiny spots that still looked opaque, which didn't help my suspicions as to whether the mask is being fully absorbed in those 3+ hours, or if it's partial evaporation. Overall, I'm not sure if I would repurchase, at least not without purchasing the mask set where I can try each mask to see if I see any remarkable differences between all of them.

BEST FACE MASK EVER

Amazing face mask! I believe this is the best face mask I have ever put on my face. I have left it on my face for its recommended 3 hours or so. My face was visibly calmer and more skin like. My pores were thanking me for using this mask. It left me with less pimples and less sebum. It’s a great mask for acne-prone, oily, combo skin types. This is my first experience with Biodance and I am pleasantly impressed. This mask has done wonders for my acne-prone skin! My texture is more even and my redness is less visible. My skin feels refreshed and hydrated after using. Believe it or not, oily skin types do need hydration and moisture!! It is so important to managing a healthy skin barrier and these masks help so much with that! I strongly recommend! Calmness to my skin

A nice calm soothing mask that relieve redness and control oil and sebum production into the skin. I considered Biodance Refreshing Sea Kelp Real Deep Mask to the best for me. It's a hydrogel face mask that hydrates and calm the skin. It's perfect for those who have redness, sensitive, acne prone and oily skin. It's hypoallergenic which is made with non toxic and non irritating ingredients and free of allergens and other ingredients. It includes sea kelp to help soothe and refine the skin helping restore the oil water balance, and 5% deep sea water to control excess sebum and recover skin balance. I like how when using the product it doesn't irritate my skin nor break out. I noticed a difference with the oil control in my tzone and my pores aren't clogged. A summer essential for oily prone skin

The Biodance Refreshing Sea Kelp Real Deep Mask for calming & Sebum Control was made for someone just like me. I have oily skin and the hot and humid Texas summer months wreck havoc on my skin, so getting to use the mask especially leaving it overnight is just what my face craves. It immediately feels like a cold drink of water but on the face, so hydrating, refreshing and calming after being outside fighting in what feels like flames burning my face. I don’t know if you know but oily skin and hot sweaty months are just not the greatest, I get clogged pores and that is just a recipe for disaster but the Sea Kelp mask helps me keep all of that under control. In the morning my face is so hydrated, plump and just refreshed not oily or anything. It definitely helps me look well rested and helps me get the redness and stress caused by the day disappears, making it a must have especially during the summer. I really enjoyed using the Biodance Sea Kelp Mask. The masks are easy to use,they come in two pieces making it easy to adjust to your face. I struggle with redness and dry skin. After using as directed, overnight, my skin feels much healthier. The masks are very cooling, calming and hydrating. It left me with a natural glow, plump and moisturized skin. Using the masks helped reduce the oil and redness on my skin. Another plus is the mask is made with great ingredients.

Must Have mask for Acne prone skin!

Biodance Sea Kelp Deep Mask totally standsout. From the very first use, I noticed a significant difference in the texture and moisture level of my skin. It’s made with real sea kelp essence, and the sheet itself is a high-quality bio-cellulose that has a firm fit. When you put the mask on it feels tingly and it feels like wind against your skin. It feels cool and firm. This mask delivers hydration, which left my face feeling plump, dewy, and soothed. I have my days where my skin feels dull and stressed so I used it in those times my face needs a refresher. I also appreciate that it’s free from harsh chemicals and fragrances, which makes it perfect for sensitive skin and helps with avoiding irritation. Its a bit difficult to use and big. But my face felt hydrated and soft afterwards. My redness seemed to go down a little. Product was received as part of an educational promotion.

Slippery

The Refreshing Sea Kelp mask is the first product I've tried from Biodance. I love trying new skincare, and these easy-to-use masks were calling my name. I battle minor acne and uneven skin tone. My first impression is that the masks are very slippery, and I did end up puncturing the mask many times with my nails. While the directions say you can wear this mask overnight, I never quite made it to that. During the first use, I had it on for about 10 minutes. I noticed a cooling effect and a slight tingle. Once I removed the mask, I just pressed in the remaining product onto my skin. My pores were noticeably smaller, my skin had a matte finish, and I didn't notice as much redness in my cheeks. I eventually wore this mask for up to an hour with similar results. I'm not sure the overnight option is realistic, especially if you have pets. Other than the recommended time frame and the very easy-to-tear material, I did like my results, and I would recommend this for skin that isn't overly sensitive.

Soothing & Natural, But Left My Skin Too Oily the

I liked this mask to a degree—there were some great things about it, but a few drawbacks too. I have oily skin, so I appreciated that the mask felt calming and wasn’t overly wet or sticky like others I’ve tried. It had a pleasant, natural scent and a rubbery texture that made it feel like it wasn’t just soaking my face in product, which gave me some peace of mind. I actually wore it overnight, and it stayed on well. However, the next day, my skin felt oily for the entire day, which was disappointing given that this product claims to help with sebum control. I was hoping for more balance or a matte feel post-use, but instead it threw my skin off. Also, while the product itself felt quite natural, the amount of plastic packaging felt unnecessary and excessive. Overall, it’s a nice self-care treat, especially for sensitive or combination skin types, but maybe not the best fit for those who struggle with oiliness like I do.
