Best hair investment I have made.

I bought the Dyson Supersonic 6 months ago and honestly can't imagine going back to a regular hair dryer. The technology really lives up to the hype - my hair dries faster, feels healthier, and looks so much better. I am desperately eyeing the Flyaway smoother attachment but my wallet is crying just thinking about it. Dyson, if you're reading this - any chance you could throw one my way for free?

Great hairdryer!

I’ve had my Dyson hairdryer for three weeks now and I love it! I bought it after using one at a fabulous hotel in Robin hoods Bay, The Victoria, which has one in all the rooms and I was so impressed with it….and the hotel! I find it dries my hair quicker with less static and frizz, is quieter than any other drier I’ve had before and just does a fantastic job. A bit on the pricey side but hopefully it will last a long time. Would recommend to anyone who needs a quiet, fast, efficient and effective hairdryer.

Nice

Blow dryer is lightweight and quiet. It seems to struggle to turn on occasionally, but when it kicks on it, does a good job. I like the magnetic attachments it’s easy to use.

Life-changing

I resisted buying one for so long because it just seemed stupid-expensive but, omg, it has been truly life-changing. Every morning, I can look like I just stepped out of a salon. It’s incredible. Maybe it’s not for everyone but I have fine light hair with a lot of flyaways and now I am sleek, smooth and glossy. Could not be happier with it!

Okay but jury still out

So far I still noticed plenty of frizz. I’m going to keep it though and see if it’s just me getting to know it.

Dyson Supersonic Dryer

I bought this 6 months ago & I absolutely love it!! As a Hairdresser you use many different tools. My Dyson is by far the best Dryer I have used. It’s light weight, leaves the hair feeling lovely & soft with added shine. Highly recommend!

Not for thick, curly hair

Straightening from wet is nice but it doesn’t work well on thick, curly hair. Traditional ceramic straightener leaves hair straighter and sleeker. Takes about the same time with either type of straightener.

Not happy

Dries my hair but I don’t like it. :( I feel like it leaves my hair frizzy and doesn’t really do anything magical for the price it was. Not happy. Probably should have done more research before taking the plunge. Yikes! $$$$$$ It also blew out the GFCI plug on my second use and my husband had to change the plug. Thankfully, he’s an electrician or that woulda cost the same as the blow dryer to replace.

Expected more for the price

I have 3c-4a curly hair and it performed well in straightening it; however, it drags my hair on the outside ridges of the tool. I’m rating it down a mark because it’s really tricky to smooth your edges- this was the reason I bought it. Additionally, the battery doesn’t last very long cordless

Great invention

I have only had 1 week, but it makes getting ready in the morning much faster and easier. I love how it straightens and dry hair at the same time. The multiple heat settings is great. I tried it on dry very curly hair and it didn’t take any longer than going from wet and the results were amazing. It’s much quieter than my Dyson blow dryer than I use to pre dry (which isn’t really necessary)

Above and beyond my expectations .......love that the attachments are magnetic.....the size, weight, amount of air flow and temperatures and the best ever. So happy I bought it.
